• Wednesday: Excursion to from the Church to the Monastery - Strength lies in silence. Excursion on foot from the imposing Sanctuary of the Madonna di Senales, right in front of the TONZHAUS, along the "Via Monachorum" path that runs along the ancient larch forest, the waterfall, and the fresh mountain springs, until you reach the former Carthusian monastery of Monte degli Angeli in Certosa. A guided tour of the monastery awaits you accompanied by an expert guide, with the possibility to enjoy a typical dish from the monastery’s kitchen.
• Thursday: Rope down along the 100-metre waterfall. This experience aims to face fears and activate forces that have been previously unimaginable in your body. An adventure that helps you overcome fears to gain new self-esteem. The roar of the water that descends at great strength in the streams down to the valley infuses a feeling of general well-being. With delicate attention and a sense of happiness, until it reaches inner balance. At the waterfall restaurant you can enjoy a balanced and genuine menu. In the afternoon, Martin Kiem will unveil some special techniques to find the right balance between stress and relaxation.
• Friday: Meditative walk on the mysterious Mount Sole. During the easy walk along the paths of the Ciardes and Stava irrigation ditches leading to prehistoric places of worship, regeneration centres and cupels, cultural anthropologists Martin Ruepp and Astrid Amico will tell you the story of the millennial habitat of Mount Sole. The walk ends with a typical Val Venosta snack at Reinhold Messner’s Schlosswirt in Juval.
