Swiss pine and larch characterise the forests of the Schnalstal Valley – each in its own way. The Swiss pine, powerful and resilient, grows in the high altitudes of the Alps and has a soothing, calming effect. Its essential oil purifies the air, strengthens and regenerates. The larch, the light tree of the mountains, provides space, brightness and lightness. The largest larch forest in South Tyrol gives the Schnalstal Valley its special atmosphere. During these summer weeks, you will spend a lot of time outdoors – in the forest, in nature, consciously experiencing your surroundings. You will learn about the effects of trees, breathe deeply and feel how beneficial the summer forest can be.

Otherwise, you can take your time tasting a mature vintage and learn about its special aroma
